WHAT IS IN THE HOT- PAD ?
Hot- Pad contains a solution of water, food grade sodium acetate ( a form of salt ) and the patented trigger stick.

Bending the patented trigger stick initates a chemical heat.

HOW LONG DOES THE HEAT LAST ?
Hot-Pad will be veryhot ( 130 F / 54 C ) for 20 minutes and then gradually loses heat up to 2 hours depending on size of the Hot- Pad and location( e.g in padded cover or next to skin ) .

HOW MANY TIMES CAN HOT PAD BE USED ?
There is no limit to the number of times Hot- Pad can be used.

HOW DO YOU REACTIVATE HOT - PAD ?
After each use, place Hot-Pad on a cloth in a pan of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer fro five to twenty minutes, depending upon the size of the size of the Hot- Pad. Carefully remove from waterand cool to room temperature. Hot-Pad is now ready to use again. PLEASE DO NOT MICROWAVE AT ALL !
